  4. ICF Single-Copy License
  5. -----------------------
  6. This license grants you usage of one physical copy of ICF. This copy can
  7. be used "standalone" (passed on a floppy disk from one PC to another) OR
  8. on a file server, in which case it can be used by all PC's that have
  9. access to that server! The cost is $105.

  11. The Single-Copy License covers DOS or OS/2, but not both. Please
  12. indicate which version you want when you order. If no indication is
  13. made, the DOS version will be sent.
  14.  
  15. Some examples: 1) If you have a single file server with 40 PC's
  16. accessing it, one single-copy license will license all 40 PC's to access
  17. ICF at any time. 2) If you have one file server and standalone PC's in 2
  18. remote locations, you would need 3 licenses - 1 for the file server and
  19. 1 for each remote location.

  21. If you want to save a few dollars, you can purchase a Single-Copy License
  22. through Compuserve's Shareware Registration Service for $85. In return
  23. for saving $20, you do not receive a printed manual. Upon notification of
  24. your registration, we will Email you the latest executable for the ICF
  25. program. When you order via Compuserve, your account is charged for the
  26. purchase price. To use this service, from any ! prompt GO SWREG. Register
  27. for product ID #454.

  30. ICF Company License
  31. -------------------
  32. This license grants unlimited use of ICF throughout a company. A
  33. "company" is treated in the legal sense - other reporting units that
  34. exist as separate corporate entities would not be covered under the same
  35. company license. The cost is $1800. Purchasers of the Company License
  36. receive both the DOS and OS/2 versions of ICF.

  38. If you are a service company, consultant, etc., with the responsibility
  39. of auditing other firms and/or performing other asset management
  40. services, please contact us. We offer significant discounts which save
  41. from the cost of purchasing individual company licenses for clients.
